Anthony Isola’s employment litigation experience includes matters involving wage and hour, whistleblower, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, defamation, and unfair competition. Anthony also advises employers with respect to employee relations, discipline/discharge matters, employee leave laws, personnel policies and day-to-day strategic advice, and risk management. Besides employment litigation, Anthony has extensive experience in real estate law, leases, real property litigation, mechanics’ liens, construction defects, products liability, warranty claims, business and contract disputes, and trademark prosecution. Anthony represents clients in all phases of lawsuits, including at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
During law school, Anthony served as a law clerk for the Honorable A. James Robertson II of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a certified law clerk for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office where he made frequent courtroom appearances to argue felony preliminary hearings.
In 2017, he was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star – an honor awarded to no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in California.
